A young man, himself a victim of sexual abuse, is accused of Aggravated Sexual Battery when his niece makes an allegation of abuse. While the police search his house, they found hundreds of inappropriate images on his computer and charge him with multiple counts of Soliciting Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. The State overwhelms him with charges amounting to 300 years in prison and he tries to commit suicide in his home. We negotiate a settlement getting him eight years of mental help, and the hundreds of charges for the images are dropped.
