TN v. R.F.

A man babysitting three teenagers (two boys, one girl) is accused of Aggravated Sexual Battery when the girl becomes angry because he refuses her advances. Despite the three teenagers remaining together in the same room the entire day, prosecutors insist on taking the case to trial. The defendant is forced to endure the embarrassment of having his genitals photographed to see if the girl can identify alleged distinguishing characteristics, however the charges are dismissed when she fails to make a positive identification of his genitals.
